The Lost N Liquor organization seems to have amassed an impressive inventory of spirits, some of which are rare, and quite difficult to find. Unfortunately, it appears that even the internal team had a hard time finding their inventory, if it even exists in the first place. I placed an order for a bottle of scotch, for which there was no movement on my order. I called the customer service number several times, which routes directly to the cell phone for one of the partners of the business. If that individual doesn't feel like answering the phone, you're completely f***ed. I was repeatedly lied to about about the availability of my product, the item that it would be replaced with, the status of my order, and the steps being taken (or not taken, in my case) to rectify the problem. In short, this business appears to be an organizational disaster. While they may claim to have access to impressive inventory, god knows if it's real, and good luck actually receiving it.
