After your order is placed, our team prepares the bottle at our facility. Every order is carefully packaged to help protect the bottle during transit. - Shipping and tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number by email so you can follow your package. Many orders require an adult signature at delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated by UPS, the carrier we use to ship orders. UPS factors in the weight of the package, how many bottles are purchased, and the distance from our location, RJ Liquor in San Diego, CA.

LostNLiquor does its absolute best to send orders out as quickly as possible. We aim to ship packages within 1 to 2 days, but it can take up to 5 days in some cases if certain items need to arrive from our supplier.
If expedited processing is purchased, which is an additional fee, we will ship your order within 24 hours. Expedited processing applies only to packing and handling time. Shipping speed must still be upgraded separately with UPS if faster delivery is needed.
Please also note that UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday as normal business days.
In some cases, custom shipping options may be available to allow weekend delivery. If you need special delivery arrangements, please contact our team by email at support@lostnliquor.com or by phone at (619) 874-5550.
